 Social Distancing

• All in-office visits will be by appointment only. When you arrive please wait at the check in desk at the front door and one of our team members will assist you.
• We ask that you please refrain from bringing any friends or family with you to your appointment with the exception of a caregiver or guardian. This will help us limit the number of people in the office to maintain a safe distance between our patients. 
• If you have an appointment, please complete the "Welcome to our office" form (found on the "patient forms" tab ).and bring it to your appointment

Face Covering Required
As ordered by the Marin County Human Health Services, face coverings are required. All doctors, staff, patients and guests must be wearing a face covering in the office at all times

Symptom Check
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat,, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell or nasal congestion or runny nose, please stay home. Check in with your primary care doctor. We are happy to see you in the future. 

Temperature Checks
Everyone entering the office will have their temperature checked with a non-contact forehead thermometer. Anyone showing signs of fever or illness will be required to reschedule. ​

Frame Selection and Sanitization
During your optical appointment, one of our team members will assist you with frame selection. Any frames that are touched will be sanitized before being replaced into the optical displays. Protective equipment will be deployed during any close contact between our staff and yourself. We have a designated safe mask free zone to try frames on as well..
